I had the pleasure of helping our dear friends plan a romantic get-a-way to
Italy! This was a trip they had both been dreaming of for years…the
culture, history, food, wine…they couldn’t wait to enjoy Everything Rome
had to offer! I arranged their flights, hotel accommodations rail from
Rome to Venice, transfers and guided tours in each city.
They benefitted in booking with me as I was able to guide them to hotels
that were centrally located and save them cost from booking online. They
also had specific things they wanted to see and experiences and my vendors
have some incredible tours/excursions in Europe that I was able to arrange
for them (avoiding lines and seeing things that most tourists are not able to
see if walking in off of the streets, buying a ticket) (ie: the Vatican…anyone
who goes there and waits in line to walk in does not get to see all that
people can see who book with other tour companies.) (Not sure how to
express that without explaining it all in detail like that??) lol

This was our first experience booking a trip through a travel agent and we
are very glad we did. We contacted Rachel Luis from Cruise Planners and
we sent her a list of our must-see places and must do activities,
and she took care of all the bookings and details allowing us to enjoy our vacation
without stressing about the logistics. Rachel was very helpful and she gladly answered our many questions. She went above and beyond to make
sure we had the perfect vacation. We’ll be using her in the future to book other trips without hesitation.
