ST. LUCIA & JAMAICA
DESTINATION & TRAVEL MANAGEMENT
As a hard-working family, David and Jenn contacted Rachel, our travel and destination management expert, looking for an escape from reality. They wanted to go to a beautiful island, to soak in the sun and amazing views, and leave their daily worries behind them. She had the pleasure of coordinating a trip for David, Jenn, and their family to the beautiful island of Jamaica. She coordinated their flight, booked their hotel accommodations at an all-inclusive resort, and arranged transfers. They had such a fantastic time in Jamacia that they contacted Rachel soon after to plan a second trip – this time to St. Lucia! Unfortunately, it was overshadowed by COVID-19. However, Rachel made sure to stay in constant communication with them. She frequently gave updates from the States, monitored their experience in St. Lucia, and made sure there wouldn’t be any hiccups as they returned to the U.S.
Using a travel planner allowed David, Jenn, and their family to completely relax and check out, even when a looming pandemic could have ruined their plans. Rachel’s knowledge knew which all-inclusive resorts to recommend based on their interests and needs (family-friendly, activity options, butler service availability, etc.). She was also able to communicate with them freely, allowing them to monitor COVID updates together in case they needed to make alternative plans. Instead of using their precious vacation time to do this on their own, they were able to enjoy their trip fully, knowing Rachel was with them every step of the way.
Rachel was the easiest person to work with when planning a vacation! She responded quickly, sent over every detail and made sure all questions were answered. She checked on us before our trip and even checked in when we returned home. My family and I would highly recommend working with her and she will most definitely be booking our next family vacation!
